Nexus Acquisition provides advertising management and lead handling services for mobile auto detailing businesses. We run paid advertising on your behalf, contact inbound leads by phone and text, and schedule appointments directly onto your calendar. We do not perform detailing work and we do not guarantee any specific number of bookings, revenue, or business outcome. Results vary by market, pricing, capacity, and how quickly you service the jobs we book.

Fees. Our fee is 15% of the collected value of each completed job that originates from a lead we generate and book. A job is considered completed when the service has been performed and you have received payment from the customer. No fee is charged on cancellations, no-shows, or jobs where the customer does not pay. If a job is refunded or partially paid, an equivalent credit will be provided on future payments Fees are invoiced weekly and are due within 5 days. A card may be kept on file but will not be autocharged. Payments will be made via payment link

Advertising spend. Advertising costs are billed directly to you by the advertising platform and are separate from our fee. You are responsible for maintaining a funded ad account. During onboarding, a minimum adspend amount will be set.

Term and cancellation. This agreement has no minimum term and may be cancelled by either party with 7 days written notice . On cancellation we stop running ads and stop booking, and you remain responsible for fees on any job already completed and paid.

Disputes. If you believe a job was billed in error, notify us within 7 days at bryanyeechoi@gmail.com and we will review the lead and booking records for that job. Fees found to be billed in error are credited on your next invoice.
Client responsibilities. You are responsible for showing up to booked appointments, quoting and collecting payment from customers, and keeping your calendar availability current. Missed or declined appointments caused by your availability are not refundable against ad spend.
